MANUAL APPLICATORS

Manual professional applicators P.M.T. for the extrusion of sealants, adhesives and chemical anchors one component and two components, guarantee the highest reliability and duration in the time, and they allow to satisfy all the customers’ needs. A big range of applicators compatible with the majority of chemical products in the market are available on the catalogue.

The manual applicators are designed with high quality materials which ensure precision and strength during the use. The body, the tube or the cradle for cartridge, and the ring nuts are totally realized in metal.

The clutch, the tempered push road and the printed steel lever provide high level technical and functional features. The ergonomic handle is more comfortable thanks to the soft PVC sheath which coats it, and which allows the user a sure and strong grip.

1. PUSHING MECHANISM

It is realized with high quality components in order to allow a major extrusion strength without any skidding, guaranteeing durability and strength in the time.

2. METAL CONNECTOR AND PISTON

The most important components(body and tube/cradle) of the manual applicators P.M.T. are assembled with metal junction elements, in order to support the high traction force during the push phase.

3. CONE MATERIAL REWARD

It is important for the complete extrusion of the products, which are contained in soft packs(sausage shaped), eliminating the waste of product.

4. RING NUTS

They are totally realized in aluminum and they are available on all the applicators with aluminum tube in order to guarantee the best estate aluminum on aluminum.

5. CLAMPS SYSTEM FOTR CARTRIDGE HOLDERS

The clamps system for the cartridge holder, with which all the two components applicators are equipped, ensures the maintenance of the correct position during the extrusion of the product, guaranteeing a great job.

6. PVC COATING

During the development phase, the P.M.T. focuses the attention on the creation of applicators which guarantee not only technical features but also comfort and manageability. This has been possible thanks to the design of the ergonomic handle coated in PVC, such as all the parts, on which the user has to act, in order to avoid the direct contact with the metal.
