The battery applicators P.M.T. are powered by lithium-ion battery, for one component and two components extrusions of products such as sealants, silicones, resins and chemical anchors. Their features make them unique in the market. The highest attention was used during the design and the realization, both for the structural features, and for the functional features.

The technical competence and the collaboration with the best partners allow at P.M.T. to develop applicators with an high efficiency. Thanks  to the screw transmission system is possible to contain the total weight of the tool and the price, maintaining at the same time an high strength, that can satisfy the heaviest uses such as the extrusion of high viscosity product. All the applicators are supplied with a motor that can generate a maximum strength of 450 Kgf.

1. TUBE, CRADLE AND RING NUTS

The choice to realize these components in anodized aluminum  come from the need to guarantee a product with an high reliability in case of accidentally falls, and at the same time to not invalidate the weight of the applicator.

2. METAL CONNECTORS

cradle/ tube is ensured at the body of the applicator with a metal connector, which allows to support the high strength of attraction during the pushing phase.

3. REGULATORY SPEED TRIGGER AND THE SECONDARY SPEED REGULATOR

The user can decide if regulate the speed of the product supply, pressing directly on the trigger. In the case you want to ensure that the supply  speed is regular, you can set up the speed with the secondary  regulator, using a series of six different positions.

4. SAFETY  SWITCH

In order to supply a safe product, the applicators are equipped with a safety switch, that stops the accidentally operation of the applicator.

5. BATTERY  DURATION/N. OF CARTRIDGES

The lithium-ion battery guarantees a long duration, without the memory effect. The principal advantages of it are the minor weight and the reduced dimension, in relation to the other standard batteries. Furthermore it ensures a superior energetic autonomy. With only one charge, it is possible to extrude a maximum of 30/40/80 cartridges, depending on the viscosity of the products.  In addition, the battery recharges in less than two hours.

6. LED LIGHT

In order to makes the use easier during the extrusion of the sealant products, P.M.T. equips the applicators with a led light in order to light up the working  area.
